Where does the cruise start and end?

The boarding point for the Cruise 1 hour and the Harbour Cruise 1,5 hours is Parkhaven opposite the Euromast.

The boarding point for the Classic Harbour Cruise 2 hours is Boompjeskade near by the Erasmus Bridge.

How do I book a ticket?

You can easily reserve a ticket via this website. You can also buy tickets at the ticket desk at the Parkhaven (De Zwarte Zwaan). You can only book and pay for combination tickets online.

Can I cancel my tickets?

There is no possibility of a refund when canceling tickets, when reducing the number of persons and when arriving late. It is possible to move tickets to another date up to 5 days before the cruise. This can be done by telephone or e-mail.

How do I receive my tickets?

After you have paid for the tickets, you will immediately receive an email from us. This e-mail is your ticket for the cruise. You do not have to print the ticket. If you have booked combination tickets, you must print the ticket as an entrance ticket for the other activity.

Are food and drinks available on board?

We have a bar on board where you can order drinks and snacks. These are not included in the entrance fee. On board you can pay with PIN or credit card (we are cash-free).

Is there a disabled parking space nearby?

There are three disabled parking spaces on the Parkhaven underneath the Euromast.

Is the boat accessible to guests with reduced mobility?

Boarding in a wheelchair or with a walker is possible. The boat is wheelchair friendly and there is a special wheelchair lift.

Are there toilets on board?

We have a ladies and men’s toilet on board.

Are pets allowed in the boat?

It is not allowed to bring pets.
