Corona measures

River Cruise Rotterdam has taken the necessary measures to to prevent the spread of the coronavis. We carefully follow government guidelines. The health and safety of our guests and employees are our top priority. In order to offer everyone a safe and fun cruise, we have taken the following measures:

• Everyone should use disinfection gel at the start.
• Guests with colds such as coughing, sore throat or fever are not allowed. This will be checked at the start of all guests.
• We work with a limited capacity.
• 1.5 meters are kept between groups. Guests should wait on the dock with appropriate distance until they are invited to board.
• Our focus is on hygiene. The ship will be cleaned extra thoroughly after each cruise.
• We welcome all guests warmly and with a smile, but will not shake hands and keep an appropriate distance.
• The crew wears protective equipment.
• You can only pay with PIN or credit card (we are cash free).
